Emotron TSA Soft Starter takes motor control to a new level with soft torque starting, intelligent load monitoring and smart stops.
The soft starter features a robust and compact design and is developed for pump, fan, compressor, blower, crusher, conveyor, mill, mixer and saw applications.
Three-phase control provides smooth and balanced motor currents while reducing additional energy loss, noise and vibration.

Smooth starts help reduce costs by providing controlled motor torque and balanced three-phase currents.
Built-in load monitoring protects the machine and process against downtime, equipment damage and breakdown.
Motor PTC thermistor input provides thermal protection, with support for up to 6 PT100 temperature sensors.
Smart stop functionality provides smooth or quick stopping according to application requirements.
External control panel can be installed up to three metres from the soft starter.
Slow speed and jog operations are available in both forward and reverse directions without additional hardware.
